All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon full payment. You will receive an electronic voucher with your confirmation number, check-in/out dates, guest count, and room category. Final pricing and room availability are guaranteed only after direct confirmation with our executive and completion of the required deposit or full payment.

Prices displayed online are approximate “Starting From” rates. These rates are for reference only on the date of your quote and are subject to change without notice based on provider conditions, until they are officially reserved and confirmed by one of our executives.

To ensure a smooth experience, please print your electronic voucher and present it upon check-in as proof of your paid reservation. For any modifications or cancellations, contact us immediately with your reservation number. Please note all changes are subject to availability and may require a price re-quote.

General Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policies | Trip Hoteles Mexico

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date incur a 10% fee.
  • Cancellations made 3 to 14 days before the check-in date incur a charge of 2 nights.
  • Cancellations made 0 to 2 days before the check-in date incur a 100% charge.
  • If the room is marked as non-cancellable, non-refundable, or similar, a 100% penalty applies regardless of the cancellation request date.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, season, or room type.

Cancellations during peak season and holidays:

Christmas, New Year, Easter, summer season, and holidays such as February 5th, May 1st, September 16th, November 20th, and dates designated by the hotels.

  • Reservations cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date incur a 10% charge.
  • Reservations cancelled 15 to 29 days before the check-in date incur a charge of 2 nights.
  • Reservations cancelled with less than 15 days’ notice incur a 100% charge.

Early departure from the hotel or failure to arrive (no-show) is considered a cancellation and is non-refundable. Reducing the number of guests after payment is subject to potential penalties or refunds at the hotel’s discretion.
